We usually hold a Club “Top Gun” Tournament and potluck on the third Sunday of each month for our Black River Bandits Club Members

LOCATION: Head of the Lakes Fairground 4H building
**December 7, 14 (Last Top Gun Contest of 2025 & Christmas Pot Luck Dinner; Doors open at 11:30, Eat & Meeting at 12:00 Noon; Shooting starts at 12:30)), and 21
Please come watch us; then try Cowboy Fast Draw for yourself the First Sunday of each month at 1:00–4:00 PM! The first time is free!
New shooters welcome!
For youth 16 yrs old and under — parents need to be present.
Weekly Practices:
Most Sundays in the 4-H Building
Head of the Lakes Fairgrounds
Superior, Wisconsin
1:00 PM: Range set up & get holsters on (except on Top Gun days)
1:30 PM: Shooting starts (except on Top Gun days)
Expectations:
Each member will be expected to participate in the following:
- Set up: this means arriving early so that shooting can start on time.
- Tear down (clean up): this means staying a little later
- Running the timer (scoring): each member should take time to learn how to score and run the timers
- Hand judging: each member will need to become familiar with the CFDA rules and learn to hand judge.
